Can you write my will or estate plan for me?

No — I'm a certified paralegal and notary, not an attorney. I can't draft your plan or advise you on what it should say. What I can do is help you organize and prepare documents (under attorney supervision where the law requires it) and notarize them so they're validly executed. For the legal strategy itself, you'll want an estate attorney.

Do wills and powers of attorney need witnesses as well as a notary?

Yes — in Pennsylvania, a durable power of attorney must meet the requirements of the PA Uniform Power of Attorney Act (20 Pa. C.S. §§ 5601–5612): two adult witnesses AND notarization, and the agent must sign a specific Notice before the POA is effective. A will typically requires two disinterested witnesses; a self-proving affidavit adds a notarized layer that speeds up probate. Can you come to a hospital or care facility for an estate signing?

Yes. Bedside signings are routine. I just need to confirm the signer can identify themselves and understands what they're signing at the time of the appointment — that's a notary requirement I don't take lightly.

Do you come to me, or do I come to you?

I'm a mobile service — I come to you. Home, office, hospital, coffee shop, wherever the document needs to be signed.

Can I get a document notarized at my house in Philadelphia?

Yes — that's exactly what I do. I travel to homes throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding counties (Montgomery, Delaware, Chester, and Bucks). Book online and I confirm the appointment within the hour.

Can I get something notarized same day in Philadelphia?

How do I know what to bring?

You'll get a confirmation email after booking with everything you need to prepare — IDs, documents, and any signers who need to be present.

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on the service, location, and timing — it's discussed at booking or at the appointment so you only pay for what you actually need.

Are you a licensed and insured notary?

Yes. I am a commissioned Pennsylvania notary public, NNA Certified, background-checked through the National Notary Association, and carry $1M in Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance. Pennsylvania law (57 Pa. C.S. § 322) requires notaries to maintain a record of every notarial act for 10 years — every signing I perform is documented and retrievable.
