The Fine Print
Privacy Policy
Last updated June 2026. I keep this short and in plain English, because you should actually be able to read it.
Who this is about
This policy covers AMAX Elite Notary and Legal Solutions — Anna Maxwell, a mobile notary public and certified paralegal serving Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. It explains what happens to the information you give me through this website.
What I collect
Only what I need to help you:
- Contact details — the name, email, and message you submit through the contact form or booking page.
- Appointment details — the date, location, and type of service you request when you book.
- Documents you share — anything you send so I can prepare for or complete a notarization, signing, or paralegal task.
I don't collect more than I need, and there is no online payment portal on this site, so I never handle your card or bank details here.
How I use it
To respond to you, schedule and complete your appointment, and keep the records a notary or paralegal is required to keep. That's it. I do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, and I don't send marketing you didn't ask for.
Confidentiality
Notary and paralegal work is personal — estate documents, adoptions, immigration filings, loan closings. I treat what you share as confidential and only discuss your matter with you and the people you authorize (your title company, attorney, or agency). Pennsylvania law (57 Pa. C.S. § 322) requires notaries to keep records of every notarial act for at least 10 years; those records are kept secure and disclosed only as the law requires.
The services this site relies on
A few trusted providers help run this website. Each only sees what it needs to do its job:
- Cal.com — handles online booking and the appointment details you enter.
- The contact form provider — delivers your message to my inbox.
- The website host — serves these pages and may keep standard, anonymized server logs.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete anything I'm not legally required to keep. Just reach out.
Questions
If anything here is unclear, or you want to make a request about your information, get in touch and I'll walk you through it.
